One-year jail sentence imposed in fatal Thousand Oaks protest case
The man responsible for the death of a Thousand Oaks resident during a 2023 political protest will spend a year in county jail and two years on probation after admitting to felony involuntary manslaughter. Ventura County Superior Court Judge Derek Ma
