OUR STORY Travel and tech for you 2015 Founded in 2015 by Carlos and Nicolas, our group is made up of a passionate and complementary team of travel and tech specialists. 2016 To expand the scope of products and services made available and to onboard the corresponding âknow-howâ in as early as 2016 Carlos and Nicolas began to put together a team of complimentary entrepreneurs through a succession of build-ups. Franck and Julien were the first to join in 2016, bringing the expertise of the H-Resa team in hotel sourcing and distribution. The combined platform gave access to the two main inventories of travel : flights and accommodations. 2017 Olivier then joined the team in 2017 to strengthen the in-house technological capabilities with Koedia, a French leader in hotel connectivity and booking engines with more than a 100 partners already connected at that time. The combined technological know-how allowed the group to internally develop its own NDC capabilities for the flight business line. 2018 In 2018 the group continued its path towards the industry digitalisation, with Frederic joining the group along with the mTrip team, specialised in white-label mobile applications for various segments of the travel industry. 2019 Launch of FLEX: MisterFly makes all flight tickets flexible, no reason needed! 2022 MisterFly Group becomes DIGITRIPS, bringing digital innovation to travel distribution. Digitrips Tech launches its HDA service to help distributors easily and seamlessly manage all their direct hotel contracts. 2023 Launch of the Dynamic Package allowing travelers to create their own tailor-made flight + hotel trip. 2025 Launch of FREEZE: Digitrips allows travelers to freeze the price of their flight up to 1 year in advance. The group then added packages with its Idiliz brand and car rental and transfers products into the platform. DIGITRIPS participates in carbon offsetting by investing in certified reforestation projects that have a local social and economic impact, supported by the SĂŠtosphère endowment fund.This commitment contributes to the financing of certified programs for ecosystem restoration, agroforestry, and rural energy through a partnership with the Livelihoods fund.We acknowledge that offsetting emissions alone is not enough to address environmental issues, which is why we are also committed to reducing our direct emissions, promoting responsible travel practices, and raising awareness among our customers about environmental issues. Social Responsibility, letâs run together! DIGITRIPS is a proud official partner of Imagine for Margo, a French non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility and certified by the IDEAS label, dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. Since its inception, the association has allocated over âŹ23 million to 78 translational and clinical research programs across France and Europe to accelerate progress in pediatric cancer research. Our co-founder and CEO, Nicolas, is personally and deeply committed to this cause. As a board member and co-founder of the Imagine for Margo foundation, he plays an active role in both fundraising and awareness initiatives, serving as a true source of inspiration across all DIGITRIPS teams.
