At the July meeting of the Valley Center Community Planning Group, a local man, Randal Vance, requested that the August agenda include an item of concern to him. Vance referenced an item that planner Delores Chavez Harmes read at the May meeting about Harmonia Estates, a proposed development that hasnu2019t yet made it to the planning groupu2019s agenda, but which residents of Park Circle spoke about at length during the Public Communications part of the May meeting.
