The City of Escondido will celebrate the reopening of the renovated Escondido Public Library with a community ribbon-cutting and public tours on Saturday, August 1. Kalmia St., the 45,000-square-foot library has undergone a major renovationu2014addressing critical infrastructure needs while transforming the building into a more accessible, flexible and welcoming community resource.
