The Wednesday, June 24, city council meeting included many minutes of public comments on a proposed e-bike ordinance at its first public hearing and more than two dozen comments about the proposed ice rink at Kit Carson Park. Comments about the rink proposal were largely negative. Some suggested that a public vote should held since the park was created by a public vote.
