The Journal Record is pleased to accept applications for the Beacon Awards. The Beacon Awards recognize honorees in three categories – charitable influence, nonprofits serving nonprofits and philanthropic impact. An awards reception will be held to recognize the honorees selected. Responses submitted on this form will be used by a selection panel during evaluation. Winners
