Valley Center Municipal Water District recognized the top winners of its 35th Annual Fourth Grade Water Awareness Poster Contest during June 1 board meeting.u00a0 This yearu2019s theme, u201cLove Water, Save Water,u201d encouraged students to illustrate the importance of water and the need to protect this vital resource. Fourth grade students from Valley Center Elementary School and Lilac Elementary School participated in the contest, with district staff receiving a total of 60 entries.
