The California Center for the Arts, Escondido Foundation Saturday, July 25 welcomed artists, patrons, civic leaders, and supporters from across the region, for the 2nd annual North County Arts Awards. Jack Raymond received the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award. The event elevated organizations and individuals whose work enriches our communities daily. Presented as an independent community recognition program, the North County Arts Awards celebrated achievement through a transparent nomination and judging process. The Foundation does not select the finalists or winners, but acts as facilitator and host.
