On July 1, at about 9:30 p.m., according to Lt. Aaron Meleen of the San Diego Sheriffu2019s office, detectives with the San Diego County Sheriffu2019s Office served a search warrant in the 29000 block of Miller Road, in Valley Center.u00a0 During the execution of the warrant, detectives encountered chemicals determined to be hazardous materials.
