Bob Kaminski wasn’t presented with a plaque for the amount of plaques and trophies his players have collected over his more than 20 years coaching varsity girls’ and boys’ golf at Thornapple Kellogg High School. He got a plaque for the insight, understanding and compassion he has shared with his student-athletes more than anything else. His Trojans have won a few trophies too.
