Students and staff from the animal management and agriculture departments supported Agriculture Lecturer Mark Ballard in exhibiting his rare breed sheep from the Mernagh Flock, including Castlemilk Moorit and Hebridean sheep. The students achieved excellent results in the Young Handler competitions, taking home second, third and fourth place rosettes. The sheep also enjoyed considerable success in the breed classes, winning numerous awards, including Reserve Male Champion at both days of the show.
