Officer-involved shooting at Los Robles follows Simi Valley stabbing arrest
Gunfire at Los Robles Regional Medical Center prompted a large response from the Thousand Oaks Police Department at about 12:20 p.m. July 2. The shots had been fired by a Simi Valley Police Department officer, responding officers quickly learned. The officer was guarding a man who had earlier been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder but was being treated at the medical center for injuries that required hospitalization.
