Escondido Salvation Army Captain Amber Ohl recently shared with the Escondido Advisory Board from a report from the Social Service Office that shows that the Escondido corps holds 22.4% of the countyu2019s social services (material goods, food boxes, hygiene, hot meals, sack lunches) as provided by Salvation Army sites. Thatu2019s second only to the El Cajon corps. The Escondido corps has three employees plus Captain Amber and a part-time employee and many volunteers.u00a0
