Hilco Global will operate as a subsidiary of ORIX USA. Together, both businesses have an enhanced ability to deliver diversified financial services capabilities and a broad range of investment capital solutions that create long-term value for their shared client base. The Hilco Global executive leadership team will retain a minority equity ownership position going forward.
