CHARLES (DRAGUTIN) LIPA, 76, of New Haven Twp., died Saturday, July 11, 2026, at U of M Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Charles was born November 15, 1949, in Novi Glog, Yugoslavia to the late Josip and Bonzia (Kukal) Lipa.
