El Paso City Council proposed tax rate could raise city tax bills by $132 a year on average home
El Paso City Council on Tuesday introduced the voter-approval tax rate to fund next year's budget. If adopted later this month, owners of average-value homes would pay about $132 more in city property taxes annually.
