The Escondido Union School District is seeking applications from residents in region 3 to serve as a board member. A candidate will be appointed to fill the vacancy until the next general election in November of 2028. The board vacancy has occurred due to Board Member Mark Olsonu2019s resignation effective July 24, 2026. By law, the board has 60 days to make the appointment.
