I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and conduct while attending or participating in this event, whether or not supervised by a representative of Almost Nakey LLC or Belmont Park Entertainment LLC.I hereby expressly assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to those arising from alcohol consumption, crowded environments, loud music, dancing, use of event areas, and interactions with other attendees.To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree for myself and on behalf of my guests, heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns that Almost Nakey LLC, Belmont Park Entertainment LLC, and each of their respective owners, partners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims thatI or any of my guests may suffer at or around the event, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.I further agree that I will not make any claim against or sue the Released Parties and will hold them harmless from any such claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
