A celebration to honor Americau2019s 250th anniversary of independence will be held on Saturday, July 4, at Historic Charlton Park (HCP) in Hastings from noon to 4:15 p.m. In addition to the American Legion Post 45 of Hastings flag-raising, veterans fundraising barbecue, a pie auction, and old-fashioned games, two concerts will add to the festive atmosphere.
