The Urban Mobility Flow 3rd Summit 2026 brings together representatives from the public and private sectors to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of urban mobility. EIT Urban Mobility will join this year’s edition to contribute to discussions on creating more integrated, accessible and sustainable transport systems. Held under the theme "The Challenges of Integration," this year’s summit will focus on connecting different modes of transport into seamless mobility systems. The programme is structured around three thematic areas: Railways as the Backbone of an Integrated Mobility System, Human-Scale Mobility highlighting practical approaches to building more connected and efficient transport networks. Event highlights and key themes The summit features plenary presentations, panel discussions, case studies and networking opportunities designed to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors. Participants will explore practical solutions to transport integration, exchange experiences and build partnerships that support more sustainable and user-oriented urban mobility. Organisers Urban Mobility Flow is organised by the Polish Union of Active Mobility and hosted in Gdańsk. The event aims to foster collaboration between cities, mobility providers, industry and public authorities while accelerating the implementation of integrated urban mobility solutions.
