The I-TRACK Foundation and Global Gas Tracking (GGT), an international initiative focused on developing reliable systems to track renewable gases such as biogas and biomethane, announce the launch of the I-TRACK Product Code for Biogas and Biomethane (I-TRACK(G) Code), a standardized framework enabling the issuance, transfer, and redemption of certificates for biogas and biomethane. The new I-TRACK(G) certificates will be issued and tracked in registries operated by Instituto Totum and Evident (now part of Xpansiv).
