Late Sunday night a motorcyclist died in a single-vehicle accident on San Pasqual Valley Road in Escondido, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at 11:48 p.m. at 1206 San Pasqual Valley Rd. (Hwy 78). Apparently the rider made a move that caused him to hit a guy wire and then a curb. He was ejected from the motorcycle. The 22-year old rider of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene and with County Medical Examiner was summoned. CHP is conducting an investigation of the crash.
