Randolph voters on Tuesday rejected the proposed Kimball Public Library budget for the second time this year, extending a months-long dispute over library funding, staff compensation and disagreements between the libraryu2019s trustees and the Randolph Selectboard. According to vote totals released following Tuesdayu2019s special town vote, 471 voters opposed the proposed budget while 453 voted in favor. A total of 924 ballots were cast.
