SLR Equipment Finance Closes $252MM Asset-Backed Securitization
SLR Equipment Finance (SLR-EF), an independent commercial equipment finance company focused on mid/large-ticket transactions secured by essential-use equipment, closed its fourth asset-backed securitization, a $252 million transaction under the ticker βSLREF 2026-1.β
All six classes of notes were oversubscribed, with investor demand totaling more than $1 billion. The order book consisted of 47 orders from 30 unique investors, contributing to competitive all-in pricing despite the transaction being the first deal under SLR-EFβs new ticker and management structure. The notes were rated by DBRS Morningstar and KBRA.
