On Monday, July 27, an electrician works at the Saginaw County Fairgrounds installing new energy efficient lighting in the fairgrounds parking lot. Staff in the fair office explained that Consumers Energy awarded the Saginaw County Agricultural Society a grant to replace the lighting.
